C'mon, Sybrand - there still are lots of forms that have to
be printed on governmental pre-printed, auto-copying paper.
Holland has a fine example in the 'Single Document', required for
customs; apart from actually being two forms, it has 5 layers of
paper, auto-copying. Try that on a laser!
And I just found one on the attic...
