Forms on W2K

I have some older forms and want to run them against 8i Rel3 (8.1.7). the database and client are on the same box running W2K. Can I use an older form, developed in forms 5.0, and use it on W2K with 8.1.7 database? There is no forms runtime in the bin directory.
