Urgent Help regarding User Exits

Hi Everyone,
I am getting error while making the new executable
F60WEBMX for web forms with user exits
while using
make -f cus_forms60w.mk f60webmx EXITS="ue_xtb.o ue_samp.o"
or
make -f ins_forms60w.mk f60webmx EXITS="ue_xtb.o ue_samp.o"
The Error says
39 duplicate symbols found in files
/u01/app/oracle/product/d2k/lib//libnz.a and
/u01/app/oracle/product/d2k/lib//libnetwork.a
How do i direct the make file not to use the duplicates ?
