Wow, you've just created your own Oracle version. Where did you get that from?
It never existed.
Please make sure you run the form in trace mode, or have the database trace the session.
On www.ixora.com.au you can download a set of scripts which will enable you to set events in the database, allowing you to see the contents of the bind variables in the trace file.
