problem with Forms6i

Hi
I need help in the following:
I have set up forms server on port 2000 and after that tried to invoke
apllet (oracle.forms.engine.Main) which should connect to my host.
Unfortunately a problem occured and frm-92090 error appear (cannot access
host). How to solve this problem ? I think applet should connect because it
is on the same host which tries to connect.
Please help me
