Hi,

You can do it by uploading table and loading it again into table with BLOB. You can write your own tool or use our tool Chyfo (www.ispirer.com/chyfo.html) that can help you in this.

It uploads a table to CSV (with locators for BFILE), generates contol file for SQLLoader (with FILLER-LOBFILE option for loading into LOBs). You have to run generated scripts only.
