Problem with running reports saving in Report Builder Tables

Hello,
I have a problem trying to run reports stored in Report Builder 6.0 tables
using Run_Product procedure from Form Builder 6.0 application.
The following instruction:
run_product(REPORTS, 'REPORT_NAME', SYNCHRONOUS, RUNTIME, DB, pl_id, NULL)
causes an error :
REP-0159 Syntax error on command line.
The report is correctly stored in database.
