JAFO JINIT cache misses

Hi
I need some help. In our office we use
JInitiator 1.1.7.28 to load a login screen. In
the Java Console it misses the cache hit every
time and load the file over the Intranet.
When I install 1.1.7.32 it works perfectly. Makes it's cache hits and everything. No loading from the Intranet server.
One problem, I am not allowed to install the newer JInitiator. Anyone have a clue how to fix 1.1.7.28? I didn't see it posted on Oracle's site anymore. Is there a good reason for this?
