Help: Oracle 816Std Install Hangs on RH7

After running root.sh during the install process and OK from the X windows screen the Application indicates thats it processing and then just sits there.

I have looked at the CPU Utilization and it is above 95 % from one of the oracle install processes.

Suggestions ?

How long should the install take ?
