Well , I never meant fmx-es to be opened - they cannot. Only (platform-dependant) runtime versions will do that. I was initially referring to .fmb's, which are supposed to be portable. 16 or 32 bit (M$), Unixes (X-Windows) doesn't matter.

Did not know the .fmt was altered - good point, thnx!
