Hi,

This is known bug in Oracle 816. This happens only one Oracle_HOME on NT.

Here is the fix.

Add file "null.tcl" to the Intelligent Agent's %ORACLE_HOME% \network\agent\tcl directory on the Server:

  1. From NT Explorer, Intelligent Agent's %ORACLE_HOME% \network\agent\tcl directory.
  2. Place the mouse pointer in the right-hand pane/window, right click and choose new text document.
  3. Rename the new text document null.tcl. The file can remain empty/blank.

   IMPORTANT: Make sure the file type column is TCL.

   If the file type shows as 'Text Document' type:

  • Delete the file
  • Go to View menu, click Folder Options
  • Click the View tab
  • Unclick "Hide file extentions for known file types"
  • Click OK
  • Repeat steps from item 2 above. 4. Retry the Data Management job. (There is no need to restart the IntelligentAgent.)
