OEM 2.0.4: VNI-2015: authentication error

Hi there,
I have an Oracle 81.5 instance running and OEM2.0.4 on another machine (both NT4.0). When I create a job and then submit it, I always get the jobs failed and the job output says "VNI-2015 : authentication error".
Any idea on this ?? Did I miss out some configuration ???
