FRM 92100: Network error or server terminated connection

Everyone
[Quoted] We are working on a Europe wide web project using 8i Server 8.1.6; Forms 6i 6.0.8.8 and JInitiator 1.1.7.27
Our users are constantly hitting the FRM92100 error, This tends to happen when running long queries etc, typically it dies after about 30 minutes of running a report. We have checked the database log and there is nothing.
Has anyone else hit this problem?
