cheduled reports

Hi,

[Quoted] is there a tool that could on scheduled basis run some select statements and notify me or a list or a given group of users via email or to pager or something like that that something happened in database like tablespace XXX is 85% full, or some max(X) > 3 * avg (X) in some table ?

I know it's not hard to write that, but there is quite a lot of such notification needs I have, so I'd like an automated tool.
