Report 6 and how could I do this

Being very new to all this...
I need to select some records, validate them and if they are 'good' do some updates and print them on section 1 of a report. If they are 'bad' I need to print them on section 2 of the report.
How do I write these to separate sections of a report? I was thinking of using separate PL/SQL tables, but does Report allow input from PL/SQL tables?
