Sorry for my English.
I have established Oracle8i and OAS4.0.8.1 in different ORACLE_HOME.
The owners are different. It's OK, but by owner OAS I can not
To be connected sqlplus to Oracle. Because of it, I so understand, it is
impossible to create DAD. What it is possible to make in such situation?
