WebDB 2.2.0.0.5: LOV Error

[Quoted] We are currently using WebDB 2.2.0.0.5 installed as a cartridge under OSA 4.0.8.1. It seems to occur when I run this form that contains this LOV (contains the a List of all our Users), as a ComboBox, I get the error shown below.. The LOV works great in the testlov of Webdb and it also worked fine with WebDB 2.1.x.
