data file question

[Quoted] I have a tablespace with 4 datafiles. Each one is 4000M in size. I
recently removed a bunch of snapshots which we no longer need and this
gave us back a lot of space. I want to downsize to 3 datafiles or
decrease the current datafiles to 3000M. I can't get rid of any
datafiles because they all have a percentage used. When I try to
decrease a datafile size, I get a message that the file contains blocks
of data beyond the resize value.
Any suggestions?
