[Quoted] As you say, the easiest way is probably going to involve generating to a [Quoted] text file first. The most common way to do this for spreadsheets is to use [Quoted] .csv (comma separated value) format. Export an XLS file as CSV from Excel to [Quoted] see an example of this.
