Hello,
I have two problems running OAS 4.0.8.1 EE
- Windows NT 4.0 Workstation, PII 350 MHz. The first request to the cartridge takes very long time to process (about 1 minute). Than everything works fine, but if a cartridge is not used for more than 5 minutes, the cartridge process (wrks) is killed and the next request to this cartridge is also very slow. The startup time does not depend on cartridge type (I have tried it for JServlet, PL/SQL and PERL cartridges). I know already that the 5 minute timeout is fixed and cannot be changed, so my question is: can the cartridge start up faster?
- Linux RedHat 6.2 (glibc and kernel versions OK). When starting OAS the cartridge server factory (wrksf) process dies immediately after starting (reporting segmentation fault). Are there any patches available?
