Hi,

We are able to view the webdb components created in the lov of the ADD ITEM task by giving the additional privileges to user<xyz>. (privileges given as : webdb developer (role) and webdb (user)).

Three levels of "log on's" before we get to the site that we have created. The first is the DAD settings. The second is after applying the changes in DAD settings and opening the webdbd tool(In the screen BROWSE,BUILD,ADMINISTER etc. is shown). The third logging on occurs when we open the site we have created.

We have at present two users: WEBDB and XYZ(user created by WEBDB) Based on certain combinations of the below mentioned, we were unable to get the final results.

We were only able to view the Webdb component in the LOV (under combinations 2 and 4 )on completion of creating the ADD ITEM task, we encountered errors as :"identifier xyz.<form name> is not declared". (eg. xyz.form_emp not declared).

The combinations are as follows:

Combination Stage1_Logon Stage2_Logon Stage3_Logon Form_view_in_LOV

(DAD) (TOOL) (SITE) (FORM BY XYZ)

   1 WEBDB WEBDB WEBDB NO
   2 XYZ XYZ WEBDB YES
   3 XYZ XYZ XYZ NO
   4 WEBDB WEBDB XYZ YES

Are we missing some privileges here? Any help in this part and could solve our problems.

Thanks and Regards,
Srikanth/Mohan Krishnaraj.
