Migrating EUL from Unix to Discoverer 3.1

How can one export the EUL (end-user layer) from a Browser v2 (aka Discoverer/2000) installation on Solaris so that it can be imported into Discoverer 3.1 on Windows NT?

The documentation I have found seems specific to Windows installations of earlier version of Discoverer/2000, nothing is specifically mentioned for migrating from non-windows versions.
