Oracle export to ASCII file?

Using the export utility and import on NT brings an error message: IMP-00010: Keine gültige Exportdatei, Header konnte nicht verifiziert werden
==> (Not a valid exportfile, header not verified) IMP-00021: Betriebssystemfehler - Fehlercode (dez. 17, hex. Ox11)

Can someone help?
