Problem with sqlplus - oracle 8.1.5 under Linux

I install oracle 8.1.5 under LINUX.

I can work with svrmgrl. I build a database and it runs well.

But when I want to start sqlplus I get the message:

sqlplus: error in loading shared libraries: /$ORACLE_HOME/lib/libclntsh.so.8.0: undefined symbol: nauzaoss.

Have someone a litle help for me ?
