No changes to save (FRM-40401). Help please

Ok guys!
[Quoted] I have a Form developed in Form Builder 5.x. All the blocks are
not table-based. In the form a button trigger makes an INSERT
statement followed by a COMMIT statement. Well: Form says "No
changes to save", but I just have inserted some record in the
DB!
May be it refers to the non-table-based blocks? How can I turn
off this message?
