Probably not. Think about it. I am not sure that I even understand what
you are trying to make the program do.
It sounds like you want to say if you are above the half page mark, turn off
page protect, otherwise, turn it on.
I don't think any product will get you there.
If you only leave page protect on the outermost frame, what don't you like
about the behavior?
