JG,

   You have to go into the Registry with REGEDIT. In the left panel, click on the + to the left of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, click on the + to the left of SOFTWARE, click on the ORACLE folder. Now scroll down the right panel until you see FORMS50_PATH (number will be different if you are using a version of Forms other than 5.0) and set the path to what ever you want.
