Developer 2000 setup

I have used regedt32 to set the DEV2000_PROJECT, FORM45_PATH, REPORT25_PATH and ORACLE_PATH to point to my working folder. Still when I [Quoted] start forms designer (or reports designer) and try to retrieve or store a [Quoted] form, it opens at ORANT\BIN. Once I navigate to my working folder, it stays there for that session.

Now for the question. Have I missed a pointer that will make the forms designer point to my folder when I retrieve or store for the first time? [Quoted] It isn¹t a big thing to navigate to my folder but it's a waste of time if [Quoted] I can correct the problem.
