I've also tried to install them in different oracle-homes:
-> PO 8.0.4 in a different ORACLE_HOME (not the DEFAULT_HOME)
-> DEV 6.0 in the DEFAULT_HOME
(DEV 60 in the DEFAULT_HOME but not in the same ORACLE_HOME as the
Database)
and success!
