map a file-extension with a Servlet in Jservlet Cartridge in OAS 4.08.1

Hi,
i would like to install the xsql servlet demo, i found at http://technet.oracle.com//tech/xml/index.htm . I have a OAS 4.08.1 Jservlet Cartridge and would like to install it there. I have to map the xsql extension with a specific servlet. How can i do that?
Are the demos running with OAS 4.08.1?
Has anybody yet installed the demos?
Is it posible to get the sources for the xsq servlet demo? Thank you for helping me
