Set the path to your icons using the registry editor ( RUN regedit). In the tree view go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SOFTWARE / ORACLE / TK21_icon. I'm using forms 5.0 and the entry is in tk25_icon. I hope this helps.
