webdb install: internet access problem

I have NT server SP6, Oracle 8.1.5, and WEBDB 2.1.0.9.3 While I'm connected to the internet through my phone line. I can access web db with the following url: http://jeeves:8080/WebDB/ or http://localhost:8080/WebDB/

However, if I try to access webdb with: http://206.132.239.119:8080/WebDB I get a page cannot be displayed error. I would like to access webdb through the internet from anywhere. Received on Fri Dec 10 1999 - 00:38:26 CET
