How to initiate an call_form / open_form from an external program ?

Hello,

I want initiate an call_form/open_form from an external program.

I have an runform session running. An other program for examle ms-word / outlook than gives forms
an signal to the active runform session to initiate an call_form/open_form. If it is possible with some arguments.

Has anyone done something like this?
