Designer/2000 error. Any clues?

I am using Designer/2000 V1.3.2. When I tried to create a new version of an application, I got these messages:

ORACLE error while retrieving elements

ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
ORA-01403: no data found

Does anyone have any clues to what is causing this error and how it can be fixed?
