Can you try defining the Web Server in your HOST file. We had this
problem and when I put the IP address of the Web Server in the HOSTS file the
users connect then by typing in the Web Server name this would be an example of
the line in the HOSTS file
102.54.94.97
DEV_WEBSERVER # oracle
development web server.
