Forms 6 and Personal Oracle 7.3 ?

[Quoted] if i specify no connect string (system/manager), i got "ORA-12547". i tried system/manager_at_2:, as mentionned in the documentation, and it works [Quoted] for Sql*Plus, but not Forms 6. i got "ORA-6401".
