Supression of default toolbar

I am using dev 2000 , forms 5.0.6.8. When I create a new window I supress the default menu by setting the INHERIT_MENU property to NULL but I dont know how to supress the default toolbar. one way is to create an empty toolbar of zero size and use it. does anyone has better idea. thanx in advance.
