I once had to print on such a form, and the spaces between the blocks happened to be equal to one blank (space) character, at least in a fixed font, such as Courier New (I don't remember the exact size). Maybe you can create a program unit to add blanks between each character of a text passed as parameter, and use formula fields (using the program unit of course) to print.
