SQL 3.3 configuration vs. forms4.5

I've just installed on a local pc (out of network) developer 2000. In order to build demo tables, I need first to configure SQL Net Easy 3.3., so later I can do the "connect".
All my stuff is on my (local) pc, and my computer name is "localhost".
