Your network must be running TCP/IP.

When you have set up your server with the name as "myserver" and you have installed webdb with the port as for eg "8080" then all you have to do is open the any browser in your network and browse to "http://myserver:8080/webdb/"

webdb is the default virtual directory when you name it during installation..
