Reports 6.0, How to use SECTION?

Our Reports 6.0 runs on Windows 95.
Question: Suppose I have made 3 sections <Header section> , <Main section>, <Trail section> with differect layout and data, I want conditionally show ONLY one section a time, i.e., user A only gets the <Main section>, user B gets <Header section>, user C gets all sections, what should I do? Is there a procedure which can set the section you want to pull out at runtime?
Any suggestions and advises are greatly appreciated.
