Application Server: ORB problems

I have a problem to start Oracle Application Server 4.07 services. Installation has been succesfully completed but when I start to start ORB processes error message
[Quoted] "ORB is not responding. Please restart manually..."
"OWS-20214: The OAS processes can not be started, because the CORBA orb
processes can not be started" was returned.

In the documentation all possible actions are to stop and start again the OAS processes.
Does anyone have some suggestions?
