SQL*Plus through the web?

We are upgrading our Forms 4.5 and Reports 3.0 applications to run on the web
using Developer Server 6.0. One thing that we provide to our users now is a way
to drop out to SQL*Plus from a Forms application. Is there anyway to do this
through web based Forms applicaions?
