PLSQL cartridge error ORA-02005

Problem with WAS Oracle.
Acces to a package from a browser

I want to acces or to execute a package, created with Designor 2000.
Sometimes the response of the browser is

        Request Failed

        We were unable to process your request at this time.

         Please try again later.

In the wrb.log file, i can read
An error ORA-2005

exactly :

`ORA-02005: implicit (-1) length not valid for this bind or define
datatype

And if i close the browser, and i load the same URL (execute the same package with the same parameters),
there is no error, The package is correctly execute

What is the problem?
