Set up OEM Jobs

Any OEM pros here? I am new to OEM. Try to set up a job. Always got 'Failed to authenticate use' error.
I pretty much followed the configuration instruction. Created a NT account on DB box with log on as batch job permission and used 'Override Preferred Credentials', but............Any tricks with that?
