Adding to a query record group?

Has anyone tried to add extra records a existing record query? I've tried to do it, but keep getting an Set_Group_Number_Cell failure.

I've inspected the debug process, and found that there is a problem in finding out the current row number, becoz it's is always zero.

Any ideas on what is going on?
