Help needed in Reports & NLS support

- How to shutdown report engine, after the report is executed and completed.Report engine icon is always seen on the display.
- Report written using Reports 3.0 with NLS options(japanese) works well separetly. But when it is integrated in the application and if the report is called from a form then it shows only the report in english .How to set NLS option , so that wherever the report is called it comes with the proper NLS setting.
