There are quite a few products on the market which perform rather well, and an internal product shipped with Oracle called IAC which works but does not convert the code to PL/SQL. The two products that I have used and had great success with are Logical 2-3 which converts Forms 2.3 triggers to PL/SQL and does a great job, and FormsGenie which converts 3.0 forms to 4.5. Both products have done a excellent job and I recommend them highly. However, the cost is about $120 per form, so unless you have a high number of forms to convert, the expense may be to great. In any case, at $120 which works out to about 1-1 1/2 hours developer time is rather cheap when conpared to spending quite a few days developing a new form.
