Following on from my previous message I've got a similar problem with mapping to the PC keys - Insert, Home, End and Ctrl-F9 (although other ctrl-function key combinations are OK).
Does anyone know of documentation which lists the keys that cannot be mapped? Or of a patch for this "feature"?
