Obviously you need some extending libraries. Why don't you check into PERL? It runs nice with Apache web server & is free. If you are interested
in using PERL there are libraries called DBD and DBI. To find out more link to the CPAN site at www.cpan.org There you will find all kinds of free stuff. Also I believe you can embed PERL in C or maybe it is the other way around. There is a newsgroup specifically for CGI. That would
be a better place to get info about CGI using C.
